I graduated from Wharton in 2002, which was also a togh job market. One of my biggest regrets was getting so caught up in the job hunt and being so worried about graduating without a job, that I didn't really make the most of enjoying my last 9 months of b-school. Needless to say things worked out in the end after graduation and everyone ended up with jobs (although not as much from traditional b-school recruiters). My key piece of advice would be: Don't let the current job market detract your b-school experience - enjoy what is has to offer now because once you do start working you can't get that time back.
