Ladies and Gentlemen, it's that time again. Philly Fight Night, aka "The Greatest Show On Earth", is almost upon us. This superlative boxing event is famed for being too dangerous for Mike Tyson, too skillful for Floyd Mayweather, Jr, and too high-pressured for Manny Pacquiao.

India GIP - How to mix a great learning experience about India and have a good time with Wharton people

Before coming to India GIP, many people were complaining about how GIP would be so serious and nobody would have fun and that the India trek was so much better. Thanks to the amazing job of Natalya, Natasha and Vikramjit, India GIP was clearly a unique experience for every single Wharton student.

Ultimate Philly Experience

Philadelphia has three signature foods: soft pretzels, cream cheese, and cheesesteaks. I'm not sure scrapple is technically food, so we'll ignore that one. The last of these is undoubtedly the greatest source of local culinary pride, and as any resident of the city can tell you, no other place in the world can make 'em like they do in South Philly.

Welcome to JAMROCK . . .8th Annual Caribbean MBA conference and Trek

For the 8th consecutive year the Caribbean Business Clubs at Wharton and Harvard organized a conference and trek to the islands in early January. This year, together with alumni and students from NYU Stern, Chicago, Duke and Howard, we ventured to Jamaica, an island best known for reggae, relaxation and the fastest man in the world.

Ask Alex

Why are you fighting in Fight Night?

Believe me, each day I ask myself the same question. Until two weeks ago I'd never boxed before, but agreed to do it thinking I'd be fighting another professor who, although athletic, was also new to boxing. Unfortunately, he became unavailable, and all of the law students in my weight class pulled out, so I'm now matched against a Wharton rugby player who's been boxing since Fall and is 25 lbs heavier.

Lessons from a Leader

I closed my eyes, took a deep breath, and slid the door of the individual meeting room shut. Slowly and without any sudden movements, as if I was being watched by a hungry predator, I moved back to my chair. Across from me sat the personification of every Bruce Willis, Russell Crowe, and Sylvester Stallone character named Doug Taylor.
